Do you ship overseas?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the UK. While we don't currently ship internationally, we truly appreciate your interest and are exploring options to expand our shipping in the future.
How long will it take to receive my orders?
Our standard delivery time is between 7–10 working days. We carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
How do I make a return?
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@wearenessey.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return (e.g. change of mind, size exchange, faulty item, etc.).
Our team will respond within 24 hours to guide you through the next steps.
Do you offer refunds?
If you decide to return a product for any reason, we offer a free 30-day refund policy. The item must be in its original, unused condition and include all original packaging.

My order never arrived?
If your item doesn’t arrive for any reason, we’re happy to issue a refund and initiate an internal investigation with our logistics provider.
Please note that items must be outstanding for 30 days before a refund can be processed, and the tracking must show that the order has not been delivered.
